The objective of our courses is, on one hand, training. On the other, the creation of a personalized plan for each of the attendees that guarantees the persistence and use of the knowledge acquired.
The courses are face-to-face and last approximately three days. The number of attendees can vary between six and ten people. We built it as a training tour that alternates presented material, dynamics and follow-up sessions.
The schedule format will depend on the Client's needs. There are two possibilities:
Format 1: three days in a row
Format 2: three days separated by a period of two or three weeks each.
In both cases there are previous preparation sessions in which we adapt the materials to the Client reality. We also propose a session of conclusions at the end of the course and two sessions to follow up on the plan.
If the course is conducted in the format of three consecutive days, the follow-up sessions will take place two and four weeks after the end of the training sessions.
If the course is taught in the format of three separate days, the follow-up sessions will be held on a date between each training session.
We offer Master Classes lasting approximately two hours in which we explain the basic ideas about the radical change that our society is undergoing, and how it affects people.
One of the experiences that most ties people is Participation in a common project. Team Bulding sessions aim to strengthen relationships between team members.
We propose tasks not related to the usual work context that allow the team to better get to know each other . Generally these projects tend to be cooking, painting, solving puzzles or participating in gymkhanas. In our case, and given our connection to the theater world, our exercises are taken from acting training. But the goals are the same: to learn to know the team members and to enjoy a different task with them.
Theatrical dynamics allow us to develop skills that we do not know and to reduce work stress. They also help us to develop verbal and body expression, to stimulate memory capacity and mental agility.
In today's world, it is increasingly necessary for sales people to develop resilience and adaptation to rapid changes. For this reason, dynamics work on improvisation in the face of adversity, relaxation techniques, public speaking fluency, text analysis and voice techniques, among others. Empathy is learned in a practical way, putting ourselves in another role and defending rights from another place. We apply the CLEVER methodology to overcome the challenges by doing (Knowledge by-doing).
Through dynamics, we get attendees to understand and make fundamental concepts their own, exploring their own experiences and observations.
In some cases we use gamification to measure an activity progress in a playful way.
The case method is an active learning methodology, which helps students develop their skills by focusing on working on a specific problem.
Through this method, students have the opportunity to face cases to analyze them, propose actions and discuss them as a team. This allows to practice the theory learned and to evaluate possible solutions .
The advantages of the case method are plenty:
Complements theory by connecting with business practice
Allow students to participate in creating the material and make it their own
Helps to pin up knowledge
Expands vision and points of view
Encourages the development of critical judgment and decision making
Promote teamwork
Allow classes to be more stimulating and participative
In the business world, no two contexts are the same. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare and adapt the course materials to the Client's situation.
For each client we study their products and services, the sector they belong to, the competition, and the different marketing strategies of each other.
Client adaptation is not a simple change of the examples cited in the theory: it is a rewriting of the consequences of digitization for the particular company, and of the action plan.
The piloting or monitoring sessions are sessions in which we verify that the plans are being followed, and we seek to measure with the students the success of the different actions that constitute their plan.
